Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of LevelUp (the “Service”), operated by Alaeddine Mincer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LevelUp is a productivity and planning application that includes task and habit management, planners, a focus timer, creative tools, and an AI assistant (“Levai”). We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may sign in using email and password or a supported third-party provider such as Google.

3. Plans, Billing, and Renewal

  • The Service offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan at $9 per month, with a 7-day free trial.
  • Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts, and their terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current period.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or
  • upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups of anything important.

6. AI Features

Levai generates suggestions using third-party AI models. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing any action you take based on Levai. To provide Levai, relevant parts of your input may be sent to AI providers for processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including Paddle (payments), Google (sign-in and optional calendar sync), AI providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
