Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LevelUp. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, so refunds are processed through Paddle on our behalf.

1. Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.

2. Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly at $9 and renews automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. We review refund requests in good faith. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated refund requests after substantial use.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel from the Billing page in your account at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless a refund is requested and approved under Section 3.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@iammincer.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
